Naturie approached me after seeing my Love Button project and hoped I could bring a more artistic style to their brand. After several gruelingrounds of concepts we’d whittled away to the prime items in the brand theywanted to promote; a mixture of spirituality, the Shea/Karite tree, and theactual Shea nut. Originally they wanted to have a tree bloom all sorts of itemsbut in the end we nestled a Shea nut into a Karite tree. This gives just enough whimsy to help play with the idea of the third eye watching over the Naturie Shea Butter Apotheca
